No, but you will be able to access our pre-recorded classes on the studio monitors that can be moved around to suit the most convenient angle for you.
How do I book the self-practice slots?
You can find the available hours daily on the app as “Self-practice”.
Will there be headphones available to follow the instructional video during self-practice?
No, but you can easily pair your bluetooth headphones with the TV monitor.

What are the terms & conditions?
Our VIVA Membership cannot be shared or refunded. Failure to show up to class and/or late cancellation within 24 hours will result in lost credit. 4 and 6 credits valid for group classes allocated per bi-monthly payment cycle for VIVA 2.0 and 3.0 Membership package respectively.
Unused credits do not rollover to the following bi-weekly term. At least 2 weeks notice before next billing date must be given prior to the suspension and cancellation of any membership.
Package is NOT available for pre-natal classes. Only valid for 12 weeks.
