In this 30-minute complimentary intro session, our instructors will guide you on how to use the Reformer machines and everything you need to know before joining VIVA’s classes.
Please note that this is not a workout but an informative session. We recommend booking it on the same day as your first class. This session can only be booked together with a class.
Every Pilates Reformer class is different. It would be ideal if you could share your fitness goals and any pre-existing health conditions or injuries ahead of time with our instructors so that we can recommend the right programmes for you.
Do wear comfortable pants along with toe socks or other grip socks. While you can wear regular socks, it is recommended to have a supportive surface under your feet. Most of our regulars wear tighter-fitting pants. Shoes are not required.
Please note that Pilate Reformer classes are full-body workouts. You will be stimulating many muscles that you may have never used before. Our classes also utilize different machines to add resistance and leverage to specific exercises.

Make the most out of your 55 minutes in the Reformer, Tower, and Chair with our signature private sessions. Do inform us if you have any existing injuries or medical conditions. Our instructors can aid you in your recovery progress and work alongside your physiotherapist if needed.

A group class for everyone! This is a total body workout. Expect to work every muscle group through slow and controlled movements that will make you feel the BURN. Feel your core working, improve your posture, lengthen your spine, and sculpt your muscles with the Reformers and towers.

Pilates during pregnancy is the safest workout a soon-to-be-mother can have. Work on retaining and developing your strength in a safe manner. Prepare yourself for birth and the physical demands your body will experience after.
We recommend you to have a green light from your doctor to workout.

We recommend you to attend a few Sweat & Burn classes first before joining this session. This class goes fast!

This provides instant relief, resulting in a refreshed and enhanced physique that moves with ease and confidence.
Enjoy a full body workout in the reformer using 2kg and 3kg weights in fun and contemporary repertoires designed to maximise your workout.
In addition to the Reformers existing resistance, the hand weights provide an added layer of challenge and stimulation.
